Rehearsal Notes - August 8, 2018

1.       Welcomed back Suzanne and Eileen and welcomed Annie Budash a new Soprano II

2.       Discussed needs for coordinators to help handle

·       Marketing/Advertising – Suzi volunteered but would like help with computer applications

·       Receptions – Frank was volunteered (can assemble team)

·       Concert/stage manager – Organize concert venues, on/off stage, etc.

·       Social activities

We could benefit by having everyone help in some capacity

Updates since Wednesday

3.       Dates and venues confirmed for concerts. St. Mary’s and Mont La Salle now confirmed

4.       Working on recording technician and venue (got name from Travis Rogers) – need to confirm date.

5.       Partnering with Napa College will not happen until Spring semester
