- Last rehearsal I decided that we will sing the entire Due North suite, which now includes Mountains and Varied Thrushes. I have recorded the parts for Mountains, but not Varied Thrushes as the parts for that are almost sight readable with little pitch variance.
- I have also recorded the parts for Modimo with notes and rhythms up to m. 32. After that it's repetition of previous material. Please listen and look over parts and diction (as given in the introductory notes in your scores). We will drill the rhythm on Wanyamalala section mm. 24-32, so please have the notes and words fluent.
- If you're interested in singing one of the solos for All Creatures of Our God and King, please send me an a cappella audition recording either to my phone: 707-815-1733 or to my email: tvonpohle@gmail.com. by Wednesday if possible.
- Modimo
- Brahm's Quartet #4 Warum - please review notes, rhythms and words.
- We will review all Brahm's Quartets
- Due North: Mountains and Varied Thrushes
- Now All the Woods Are Sleeping
- Men: The Lion Sleeps Tonight
Thank you to the Scholarship Committee for a very productive meeting today.
